A few helpful details
How long is the stork rental?
Each display stays in the yard for seven days. Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Charlotte, NC and nearby communities within approximately 30 miles, including Ballantyne, Matthews, Mint Hill, Huntersville, Pineville, Concord, Davidson, Cornelius, and more. Delivery is included within 15 miles of the center of Charlotte, and a delivery fee will be added for deliveries above 15 miles.
Can I add sibling or dog signs?
Yes. Personalized Big Brother, Big Sister, and dog signs can be added to your stork display for $30 each.
Can I order before the baby arrives?
Absolutely. Use the “Ordering in Advance” option to reserve your stork and we will follow up to coordinate the remaining details once baby arrives.
What if we have a longer hospital stay?
No problem at all! Just keep us updated on your expected discharge timing, and we’ll do our very best to have your stork delivered and beautifully set up before you arrive home. Your week-long rental will begin once the stork is installed, so you won’t miss out on any of your celebration time!
We also know things can come up during those first few weeks with a newborn. If you need an extra day or two with your stork to capture family photos or soak in the celebration a little longer, just email or text us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate!
How quickly will our stork be installed?
We do everything we can to have your stork set up in time to welcome your family home from the hospital! Once we receive baby’s name and birth stats, we guarantee installation within 24 hours. For the smoothest experience, please send us baby’s details as soon as you’re ready!
Do you offer displays for twins or triplets?
Yes! Our signature twin package includes two storks and two personalized keepsake signs. For triplets or any special requests, please contact us directly so we can work with you to create something you’ll love.
